A former Professional Bicycle racer, member of National Team and California State Road Race Champion. National Ski Patroller rendering first-aid to injured skiers and snow boarders. Dr. Hiner has advanced training in the diagnosis and treatment of sports injuries, whiplash and industrial type of injuries he is also licensed with the Industrial Medical Counsel as a Qualified Medical Examiner. He utilizes a multi-disciplinary approach. This approach includes working with doctors specializing in multiple areas, so that all patient's receive the best possible care.
Dr. Sandra Karlic-Hiner, DC, BS, QME,
Dr. Sandra Karlic is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic with special training in sports injuries and prevention. She played collegiate volleyball and coached for several years. She has a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management, and is also a Qualified Medical Examiner for work related injuries. She also works with the Flying Samaritans where she donates her time to work on patients spinal ailments in Mexico.
Doctors Hiner and Karlic attended Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles, California and earned a Doctorate Degree in Chiropractic in 1996.
Dr. Juan Reinosa, DC. BS
He is a graduate of Life Chiropractic College West in 2010. He is practitioner of Neuro Muscular Re-education, a soft tissue technique that allows patients to restore range of motion movement and gain vital function to injured areas. Dr, Reinosa is fluent in Spanish, and speaks conversational Portuguese and these have been invaluable during his recent Chiropractic Mission Trips to Peru and Argentina.

Spinal decompression therapy is a nonsurgical, non-invasive treatment for the relief of back and leg pain. By intermittently stretching and relaxing the patient’s back, pressure within spinal discs is reversed, or decompressed, to promote the healing of a number of spinal conditions.
